347 stainless steel tubes are made out with acclaimed modest tube mills. SS 347 Cold Rolled Coiled Tubing are made using Tungsten-Inert-Gas (TIG) welding process on strips of specified widths continuously to form the strips into tubular. Then the edges of the strips are heated and compounded together under a well protected atmosphere of argon gas through a non-consumable electrode without the addition of any filler metal. The welding process is persistently controlled by sophisticated electronic devices that maintain flawless arc stability and direction in the magnetic field.
ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials standard) ASTM A/ASME SA213/A249/A269/A312/A358 CL. I to V standard specifications ASTM B/ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers standards), boiler tube equivalent grades include UNS Nr. S34700, WERKSTOFF NR. 1.4550.
