It is typically furnished in the annealed (O) condition. ASTM B338 Titanium Gr6 welded Tube has the lowest melting temperature and a fairly low embodied energy among wrought titanium. Ti tube is an alloyed titanium product containing 6% Aluminum and 4% Vanadium, and Extra Low Interstitial. Titanium Grade 6 welded Tube is commonly known as Ti-5Al-2.5Sn A-110AT Ti-5-2.5.
